1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how NIROVA AI collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website (nirovaai.com) and through interactions related to our AI Business Audit and AIOS Implementation services.
NIROVA AI is a service brand operated by Niro Capital LLC, a United States limited liability company.
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile-opt-in or SMS-consent data with third parties for marketing. Specific clauses are in Section 7.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number (only if you provide it)
- Business name
- Industry (optional)
- The content of your inquiry message
If you opt in to SMS communications via the contact-form checkbox, we additionally record:
- Timestamp of consent (UTC)
- A hashed (one-way) representation of your IP address at the time of consent
- A truncated user-agent string
- The exact wording of the consent statement displayed at the time
This consent record is retained as proof of opt-in for as long as required by applicable law (typically four years for TCPA-related records).
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider may automatically receive:
- IP address (transient; not stored long-term in our application logs)
- Browser type, operating system, referring URL
- Pages visited and time of visit
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking. We may use first-party functional storage solely to support core site features.
2.3 Information we do NOT collect on this site
- Payment / financial account information
- Government-issued identifiers (SSN, driver's license, passport)
- Health information
- Children's information (this site is not directed to anyone under 18)
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry about NIROVA AI services.
- Schedule and conduct AI Business Audits and AIOS Implementations for clients who engage us.
- Send service-related communications via email or, if you have opted in, SMS.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Improve the website and our services in aggregate (no individual profiling for marketing).
We do NOT use the information you provide to:
- Train external AI models on your inquiry content.
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers or list buyers.
- Send marketing communications you did not request.
4. Service providers
We use the following service providers to operate our website and services. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

We share information with service providers only to the minimum extent necessary for them to provide their service. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
5. SMS consent data — specific handling
If you opt in to SMS communications via our contact form:
- Your mobile number and the metadata listed in Section 2.1 are stored as a consent record.
- Your number is used only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms (
/sms-terms). - Message frequency varies. Typical activity is one to four messages per month, depending on the stage of your inquiry or engagement.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will stop messaging you within one business day; the opt-out is permanent unless you opt back in.
- You may text HELP for assistance, or email us at intake@nirovaai.com.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may engage NIROVA AI without ever opting in to SMS.
6. Data retention

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing intake@nirovaai.com. We will honor the request unless retention is required by law (for example, an active engagement contract or applicable tax obligation).
7. Carrier-mandated disclosure on mobile-opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
This clause is binding on us and applies to all SMS-consent data collected through this site.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights under applicable privacy law to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of certain uses
- Lodge a complaint with a regulator
To exercise any of these rights, email intake@nirovaai.com. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner if your jurisdiction's law requires it).
California residents: NIROVA AI does not "sell" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The disclosure required under CCPA Section 1798.130(c) is incorporated above.
EU/UK residents: NIROVA AI is a US-based service provider. We do not target our services to EU/UK residents and do not maintain an EU/UK establishment. If you are in the EU/UK and submit information through this site, we treat your inquiry under the same baseline as US visitors. We will not transfer your information outside the US for marketing purposes.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information you provide:
- HTTPS / TLS for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage at our service providers
- Access controls limiting who can see contact-form submissions
- Sanitized error monitoring (no record contents in error events)
- Regular review of vendor security postures
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident materially affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact intake@nirovaai.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this policy will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page; if you have an active engagement with us, we will additionally notify you by email.
